New overalls are always ordered in early September, and new students are informed well in advance. During this period, example overalls will be in the guildroom for a few days so that everybody can try them on and find the right size. Blanko’s overalls are decorated with the ads of our partner companies.
Blanko’s guild ribbon is a tribute to our guild intended for all members to wear at events such as the Anniversary Ball. The colours of Blanko’s ribbon are pink, white and blue. The ribbon is worn so that the heavier colour (blue) is downwards. In the rosette the heavier colour is downwards and in the middle part it is towards the center point of the body. If multiple ribbons are used (three at maximum) they should be worn in rank order. For example the highest is the ribbon of your student union (OYY : Student Union of University of Oulu), the second is of your roof guild (OLuT : Roof Guild of Natural Sciences) and the lowest is of your student guild (Blanko). You can buy OLuT’s guild ribbon from the guild commune and OYY’s guild ribbon from their office.
