Blankon sääntömääräinen vuosikokous eli kevätkokous järjestetään keskiviikkona 25.3. klo 16.00 alkaen Oulun yliopistolla salissa M101 ja etänä Google Meetin kautta https://meet.google.com/yyw-yebx-crc
Kokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2025 toimintakertomus, tilinpäätös ja toiminnantarkastajan lausunto. Tämän jälkeen voidaan vahvistaa tilinpäätös ja myöntää vuoden 2025 hallitukselle vastuuvapaus. Näiden sääntömääräisten asioiden lisäksi päätetään uusien jäsenryhmien liittymis- ja jäsenmaksuista nyt kun viime vuoden lopussa tehty sääntömuutos on tullut voimaan. Blanko’s statutory annual meeting AKA spring meeting will be held on Wednesday 25.3. at 4pm at the university in classroom M101 and online through Google Meet https://meet.google.com/yyw-yebx-crc
In the meeting, we will go through the annual report and financial statement of the 2025 board as well as the operations inspector’s statement. Afterwards, the financial statement can be approved and the 2025 board can be discharged from liability. On top of these mandatory matters, a decision on the membership costs of the new member groups will be made now that the change to the rules made at the end of last year has come into effect.
